AI Infrastructure Starts With Power. So Do We.
Data Strategies Canada Inc. (DSCI) is a Canadian AI infrastructure development company. We originate powered sites, coordinate the full infrastructure stack, and bring together the partners needed to develop AI data centres in Ontario — and across Canada.
Canadian-developed. Globally enabled.
Coordinating the Full Infrastructure Stack
DSCI leads and coordinates the development of AI data centre opportunities in Canada. We start where every project must start: with land and usable electrical power.
Powered-Site Origination
We identify and secure sites with existing or developable electrical capacity. Land without power is not a data centre site.
Power Strategy & Utility Interface
We coordinate with utilities and power authorities to assess capacity, navigate interconnection, and structure power agreements.
Project Screening & Feasibility
We evaluate sites and opportunities against technical, regulatory and commercial criteria before committing capital or partners.
Site Development Coordination
We manage site preparation, permitting and development coordination, working with qualified specialist partners for regulated and construction scopes.
Infrastructure Partner Coordination
We bring together data centre shell, modular, EPC and systems-integration partners to deliver the physical infrastructure.
Capital & Financing Coordination
We work with infrastructure investors, project-finance lenders and strategic capital partners to structure and fund development opportunities.
DSCI is the lead and orchestrator. Qualified specialist partners perform regulated, technical and construction scopes.
The Constraint That Defines the Opportunity
Most data centre developers start with a building. We start with power. Usable electrical capacity in Ontario is scarce, increasingly contested, and takes years to develop from scratch. DSCI's approach is to originate sites where power already exists or can be practically developed — then build the opportunity around that constraint.
PowerHold™ — DSCI's proprietary site-control and power-reservation framework — allows qualified partners to secure position on powered sites before full project commitment.
We Are Looking For Strategic Partners
Infrastructure Partners
Data centre shell, modular, EPC and systems-integration companies looking for deployable Canadian sites and coordinated development opportunities.
Compute & Technology Partners
GPU, AI compute and infrastructure technology providers seeking Canadian capacity with power secured and site development underway.
Capital Partners
Infrastructure investors, project-finance lenders and strategic capital partners interested in Canadian AI infrastructure development opportunities.
DSCI was founded by Robert Rigatti and co-owners with a straightforward thesis: Canada has land, power, and the policy environment to become a significant location for AI infrastructure development. The constraint is coordination — bringing together the right sites, partners and capital in the right sequence.
