A Straightforward Thesis
Canada has land, power, and the policy environment to become a significant location for AI infrastructure development. The constraint is coordination.
Why DSCI Exists
DSCI was founded by Robert Rigatti and co-owners with a straightforward thesis: Canada has land, power, and the policy environment to become a significant location for AI infrastructure development. The constraint is coordination — bringing together the right sites, partners and capital in the right sequence.
The AI infrastructure market is moving quickly. Demand for compute capacity is growing faster than the infrastructure to support it. In Canada, the opportunity is real — but it requires a different approach than simply building data centres. It requires starting with the constraint that matters most: land and usable electrical power.
DSCI was built to address that constraint directly. We originate powered sites, coordinate the full infrastructure stack, and bring together the partners needed to develop AI data centres in Ontario — and across Canada.
Canadian-Developed. Globally Enabled.
DSCI develops opportunities in Canada but may source equipment, technology and specialist services from qualified global providers. We support the development of Canadian-controlled AI infrastructure and Canada's long-term sovereign compute capability — without claiming to provide sovereign compute or own operating sovereign-compute assets.
